Hitting up different spots across the globe has always been an adventure.  So when World Cup Skateboarding added the “Double Triple Summer Festival” in Kyiv, Ukraine it was not to be ignored.  Jaime Mateu would be here fresh for his Olympic Tokyo experience.  First day in Kyiv, we were able was hit a few spots.  The monument of “Vladimir the Great” was close to ground zero.  Pat Duffey was on hand for a few bangers.

The exotic lookout of the “People’s Friendship Arc” would be the setting for the Double Triple Summer Fest 2021. The City of Kyiv, Ukraine was happy to get this party going.  World Cup Skateboarding and Dave Duncan would be on hand to sanction this Ukrainian Extravaganza.  Skaters from all over Europe would make the trip to participate in the first inaugural summer event.

The course was set up for more of a “street” mindset, although there was some fun tranny and unexpected terrain. The atmosphere was an energetic gathering of like minded people form all over.
